Welcome to the State of Arizona Governor's Office of Highway Safety Grants Management System. This system was designed to help both the State and the State's sub-grantees to more effectively organize and manage grant-related information.

Dear GOHS subgrantees,

Just a reminder that quarterly narrative reports (QNR) are due July 1, 2009 - July 31, 2009. Please note that for each active contract you are required to submit a quarterly narrative report. Reports for this quarterly period cover the time period of April 1, 2009 - June 30, 2009. All reports, except 410 and OJJDP contracts, are submitted on-line at http://go.azgohs.gov.

Since moving to a paper-less reporting system the two biggest errors we see each quarter is that agencies fails to complete all sections of the report or forget to complete the QNR by changing the status of the report in the Status Management section on the proposal menu. Please make sure you change the status of your report once you have completed it.

In addition to submitting your quarterly narrative report(s), GOHS is encouraging your agency to quickly spend any funds remaining in your contract as all 2008 and 2009 contracts will be expired on September 30, 2009 and no extensions will be provided per new requirements from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. Report of cost incurred (RCIs) are also submitted on-line. Please note: Agencies that fail to submit a quarterly narrative report by July 31 will not be reimbursed for any costs during this reporting period.

If you need assistance with submitting your report please utilize the Quarterly Narrative and RCI Handbook provided in several areas throughout the on-line system (How To Complete RCI & QNR Handbook) before contacting your GOHS project coordinator.
